OBJECTIVE: To create a senior living common area reflecting the lifestyle of James Bond through the ages & adventures
SPACE: The Owl’s Nest Private Residence, located in the Upper East Side of New York, was designed as cooperative residence for elders. The common space pays homage to the architectural significance of the spaces in James Bond films. The common area meets ADA standards.
CLIENTS: Mr. Bond and his partners are retired MI-6 agents who are residing in a space occupied by other former British agents in New York. Before retiring, Mr. Bond was injured during one of his missions abroad. As a result, he now requires a living space that has been adapted to fit his new lifestyle.
